Dale J Ream
- Sole Practitioner
Dale Ream has spent his entire professional career working with and for innovators. He has been a registered patent attorney for over twelve years and has prosecuted hundreds of patent applications of all types to issuance. Dale has been very successful at making winning arguments to patent examiners that result in patent issuance. In addition, Dale is an excellent and personable communicator with his clients.
With over fifteen years involved in product development, he has built valuable relationships for assisting inventors with engineering, prototyping, domestic and international manufacturing, and commercialization. For inventors who are willing to put a little “sweat equity” into development and commercialization, Dale’s advice and contacts are extremely valuable and successful. An inventor can make their own success with the right balance of legal protection, non-legal guidance, and some old-fashioned hard work.
Dale has extensive training and experience in the area of software engineering, internet business methods, mechanical structures, and many other technologies. Dale has drafted many license and other unique third party commercialization agreements in order to bring new products to market.
